Ways to Give
Ways of Giving
As a not-for-profit community hospital, St. Luke's Warren Hospital welcomes contributions and
donations in any amount. The St. Luke's Warren Foundation is a nonprofit, fund-raising
subsidiary of the hospital that ensures that all contributions are used for the purposes for
which they were intended.
There are many ways to donate to the hospital. You may want to make a single donation in your
name or in the memory of a loved one. Donations of $1,00 or more are acknowledged on our tribute
plaque located in the main lobby. You may also wish to designate the Foundation as a memorial
for the passing of a loved one. Checks may be made payable to St. Luke's Warren Foundation and
mailed to the hospital's Development office at 185 Roseberry Street, Phillipsburg, NJ 08865. St.
Luke's Warren Hospital also provides a convenient and secure way to donate online using PayPal.

Planned Giving
Another donation option is known as planned giving. Planned giving is used by hospitals and other
organizations across the country to meet financial challenges. Our planned giving program allows
donors to give assets to the Foundation in many ways, such as:
- Monetary gifts
- Gifts of real estate
- Life insurance benefits
- Bequests
- Gifts of securities
- Life income arrangements

Foundation Advisor
Since the tax and economic benefits to the donor can be substantial and tax laws are complex,
Foundation trustees suggest that donors contact their attorney and/or accountant for financial
advice. Or contact the Foundation's adviser:
