HomeStar Pharmacy Services is dedicated to providing infusion services to our
patients/clients with the utmost quality and professionalism. Home Infusion
Therapy allows patients to be safely treated for serious infections or
illness in the comfort of their own home.
Mission
HomeStar Pharmacy, a member of the St. Luke's University Health Network,
is committed to providing high quality, comprehensive pharmacy services to
the community. Our goal is to provide services that will enable our clients
to achieve the best possible health outcome and quality of living. We

Geographic Coverage Area
HomeStar Pharmacy Services provides infusion services to Northampton, Berks,
Lehigh, Bucks, Monroe, Montgomery, Delaware, Carbon, Schuylkill, Luzerne,
Lackawanna, Wyoming, Wayne, Pike counties. Geographic coverage area may
change depending on services being provided.
Hours of Operation
HomeStar Pharmacy regular hours of operation include are Monday through
Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm. A pharmacist is on-call 24 hours-per-day, 7
days-per-week.
Staff
HomeStar Pharmacy Services consists dedicated professionals, including
Pharmacists, Nurses, Pharmacy Technicians and support staff.
Reimbursement Assistance
We accept the following sources of payment for services:
- Third Party Insurances
- Medicare and Medicaid
- Mastercard, Visa, Discover
- Cash/Checks
Care Coordination
We work directly with physicians, discharge planners, home health agencies
and other care providers to ensure timely initiation of care and services.
Instruction and Training
We work with other home care team members to coordinate care and ensure that
each patient is trained on the therapy being provided and the operation and
care of equipment.
Monitoring
Our trained clinicians assess the needs of the patient with respect to the
services provided. Patients are monitored and assessed according to the Plan
of Service and measures are updated to ensure care that is timely, current
and effective.

Your physician has prescribed your chemotherapy to be administered via a CADD
